Comment: Illustration for an Aleut folktale about a young girl, daughter of a great chief, who runs away from home with a wicked man who starves and beats her. The girl is rescued by a little old woman who carries her to the sky country where the girl marries the old woman's son, who is a star. The girl and the star man have a star baby and they all live happily ever after.
